The MaxMD management team has considerable experience building successful businesses. The company is led by Scott Finlay, president and chief executive officer, Tom Tucker, general managing partner and Paul Williams, general managing partner, who collectively have more than 60 years experience in global financial markets and considerable experience identifying commercial opportunities and building entrepreneurial ventures. The MaxMD team includes experts in technical development, Web design and Internet strategy.

The company was founded by individuals who share a clear vision for applying the Internet to develop a subject-specific vertical for the medical community and deliver interactive medical resources deigned to enhance physician/patient relationships through education and awareness.
