All max.md solutions meet HITECH, NHIN Direct Project Project and FTC – Privacy by Design technical, security and policy standards.

Because max.md owns the exclusive rights to create sub domain names in the .md top level domain, it is the sole agent for registry, distribution, and licensing of those identities to customers in over 90 countries around the world.
